I believe that the contents of this policy can help with the development of a meaningful curriculum for children and their families in ICT. The policy contains information that will allow for my school to fully examine the 4 areas listed: SWOT and, thus thrive to make integrate ICT beneficial to all learners.
Prior to doing this course, I was using ICT at the school I was attached for my practicum. The children were very inclined to the lessons. In the class we were able to make DVDs which the parents bought to see their children from the day they commenced school up to their graduation. All event children took part in were videotaped and played for them on the projector. I believe that ICT in education do enhance children’s learning as such polices must be put in place for ICT integration
